We will choose a tenant that will match your chemistry and not let you and us down.
We will start to follow up the regular payments (rent, dues, bills) that your tenant has to make every month. If it does not pay, as Experium, we will undertake to pay up to the amount of '1 Rent + 1 Fee' if it is 'Gold', and '12 Rent + 12 Fee' if it is 'Platinum', depending on the type of Property Management Agreement you have signed with us.
Our 'Premium' Customers will be able to purchase all of our services within the scope of 'property management' with the principle of 'Pay As You Go', against a fee, if they wish

The tenant receives the selection service free of charge, if he receives property management service, he pays as much as the service he receives, he does not receive any commitment from Experium regarding the payments of his tenant.
